Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

Answer: We highly recommend booking an appointment through our online portal to guarantee your preferred time. Walk-ins are always welcome but are subject to barber availability and potential wait times. 

What is your cancellation or late policy?

Answer: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please call us to ensure we can still accommodate you.
